Default Points Cam ?

Can someone tell me how to identify a "A" points cam from a "B" points cam?

I think the ramp opens the points more quickly with the "B" cam. The "A" cam seems to open and close at about the same rate. I think that is what I'm seeing.....very hard to tell.

Someone add to, or confirm?

Thank you

Both sides of the ramp look the same on A cam, one side taperes off on the B cam

Thank you Kurt. I guess I was seeing that as well. Nice to have a confirmation. The "B" points almost snap open.

The B cam allows better coil saturation I have been told, and is the profile sold now.

Interesting that they kept the A cam available after the B cam was introduced.
