Default 1932 Speedomometer ??

Got this from a guy who pulled it from a 1932 back in the 1970's that was in the woods. He said car was complete and original. Closest I could find a the waltham speedos but I believe this is not a 32. Probably a period piece, but from what? Anyone have an idea?
