Kube I think you must be one of the few people about who is happy with raising the height of your car by changing the springs

Heck, that's why they had running boards so you could step up into them.

You guys are on a roll!

Both springs installed took the entire car up 2" all around. Now for the new WHITEWALL tires.

The NOS springs brought the car up an additional 2". That, with the new tires brought the entire car up 3" in total. It is now 1" higher than the Ford specification. That makes sense as I'd installed 6:50's which are nearly an inch taller than the "standard" 6:00's.

The springs and tires made a huge difference in the "feel' of the road. It's not nearly as "bouncy" as it was with the tired (old) springs.

Had a great conversation with my young brother-in-law Honda racer this weekend. First time he saw my 36, or I'd guess an original-ish 30s ford. Told me not to mod/hotrod/lower it, or anything...ever.... huh.... Think he's on to something. Going to checkout his Honda though. Should be fun too.

You'd be weird if you didn't like that car I mean, what's not to like?

Kube
Some nice day in Wisconsin, could you line up your fleet like a super car show for a photo shoot. Only problem beside liability would be which one to put in front.
Just a thought.

Yikes! That BLUE sure would be 'THE' color of choice. Those new springs surely improved the way that thing sits! WWs are the 'nuts'!! DD

6.50 Look great! Looks ready to tour some or any roads given.

Both are stellar.

YES, the 6.50s most-definitely give it a very authoritative look. DD

The tan one will soon be getting NOS springs as it sits much lower than the factory specification. Blackwall 6:50's are on order.
I've been working on getting this one running and once that's accomplished, making certain it is very road worthy.
