Not all model A but a pretty cool antique auto event anyway. Last I heard 120 cars were registered. Got the Cab all polished up...just in case it get's on TV

From the event announcement:
To mark the 100th anniversary of the dedication of the bridge over the Connecticut River between Old Saybrook and Old Lyme, the Old Saybrook Historical Society is presenting an antique auto parade and show.

This year's centennial event re-creates the 1911 auto parade from Old Saybrook's Main Street across the Raymond E. Baldwin Bridge to Old Lyme and then back down Main and College Streets, ending at Saybrook Point where the antique autos will be on display.

. Just kidding, we actually still get along after 24 years since the divorce

Meet behind town hall on Sheffield St. around 8:30. Parade starts at 10:00. Cars on display at Saybrook Point (estimated) around noon or 1:00. There was no fee to participate but pre-registration is required for the parade.

What a great day. 130 antique cars crossed the Baldwin Bridge for the 100th anniversary crossing. They actually stopped traffic on I-95 for this. I'm not sure we recruited any antique car fans with that move. Oh well, it was history in the making.

Great car show afterwards as well.

i think thats pretty amazing to get that many cars to show up on a Wednesday morning.
