Default 2 34 questions

Hello Barners, can anyone clear my fuzzy brain? How does the taillight brace bolt to the car? I see the obvious holes where it lines up with the light stand but then what? one of the two holes looks like it lines up with a fender bolt but not the other?? Question two, should there be some type of welting when mounting the inner front fender pieces to the frame or just metal to metal? Thank you Ken

Ken, there should be webbing between the inner front fenders and frame, similar to the body to frame webbing.

On three of mine the taillight brace is secured by one bolt.
I had to check when i mounted the taillight stands on my Victoria project.
Odd why they didn't secure it with two.

I don't have it in front of me to look at, but is the bracket universal, and fits both sides? One side uses one bolt hole, the other uses the other hole.

I can look at my relatively unmolested 33 coupe later if necessary.

Mart.

Yes, the same bracket is used on both sides.
