I have two vehicles that fall under this forum. The first is a 1966 Mustang that I have driven every day for the last ten years. It is a red GT coupe with a black vinyl top. I wanted a coupe since it has better visibility than the fastback. I avoided the convertible since I intended to drive it every day. It has an automatic, power steering, air conditioning, an 8-track tape player, pony interior and a 225 HP engine. The second is a 1957 Thunderbird that my mother drove to work in the 1970’s. It is white, portholes, automatic, power steering, power windows and 90K miles. Both cars are basically stock “little old lady” cars but I intend to drive them and that is what I wanted.

Well, let me think. The ones I put together are

63 1/2 galaxie R code with a 514 cu in 4 speed

50 coupe with built flathead 4 in crank

51 coupe with 427 cu. in. windsor 4 speed.

The ones I got when dad passed away:

49 coupe with 371 olds J-2 tri-power

31 coupe with 302 & aod

29 4 dr sedan

30 2 dr sedan

31 pick-up

40 pick-up

65 mustang GT coupe with hi-po 289 4 speed

57 pick-up with holman and moody 312.

These are still in my dads name, locked up in a barn & I got the only key. My baby sister got a 57 caddy coupe deville with a 500 cu in motor from a ELDorado. It was her first car. When she got a new one dad put the 500 in it. She wanted it back so I gave it to her. My dad ran a junk-yard for over 50 yrs. And these he collected over those 50 yrs. The 29 4dr. only has about 27,000 miles on it. He got it when I was 1 yr old. He paid 400.00 for it. I swear I can go in that barn at night and hear him fussing because this one is dirty or that one is leaking water, or the tire on that one needs some air.

My wife drives a 1965 Mustang fastback, with the A-code 289, A/T, P/S, A/C, console and it is lowered some, and has alloy wheels, Wimbleton white with std. black interior. I either drive my 1965 Ranchero with 289, and automatic transmission, Twilight Turquoise, with grey tweed, blak leather interior, alloy wheels, or my 1972 3/4 ton 4X4, with 390 cu. in. with automatic transmission and late model power steering. I also have a 1930 Model A std coupe. Another nice old truck is my 1972 Ford LN8000 dump truck, with the Caterpillar V-8 engine, and 10 speed roadranger, with power steering. My daily worktruck seems to be the 1965 Ford 3/4 ton camper special with the utility body. 352 cu. in. V-8 and C-6 automatic. I guess I am a Ford guy, huh?

I am building a 1917 Model T Tub with a 302 V8, Mustang front and rear ends, has AOD Transmission, full Top Touring Car. I built this car from the frame up. I started with steel and built the frame and did all the work myself. This is a dream car as I wanted to do this, build my own car, for 45 years. I am getting close now.
