Re: Tainted BP gasoline alert
Hi, you've still good. In Switzerland, one US- Gallon (3.78Liters) unleaded Regular 95Oct. costs about $ 7.00 . And in Europe we have the cheapest fuel. Germany = 7.74 Dollar per Gallon, Italia = 7.9 Dollar per Gallon, GB = 8 Dollar per Gallon
This is the hell. There are only two options, either pay or allow to stand. Greetings Barney Last edited by Barney; 08-30-2012 at 12:50 AM. |

True, but my understanding is in most of those countries you have pretty good access to public transportation where in the U.S. most need cars to get to work. I would LOVE to be able to hop on a bus or train to get to my job. |

Re: Tainted BP gasoline alert
Hi,
Yes true we have good access to public transportation (I forgot this, i'm a petrolhead). But the capacity is on the limit at Rush-Hour. And there are also a lot of us have to go by car to work. I have the choice between 25min. driving car or almost 90 minutes by train. One advantage is perhaps that our cars need a little less than in America. In normal cars we have a lot of diesel-powered in the last 10 years. Greetings Barney |
