Default top part of steering shaft

City: Shorewood
State: IL

I am doing a f-100 conversion in my model a pickup. I am going to use a 1939 Ford banjo steering wheel that is keyed. The f 100 steering shaft is splined. I am looking to cut the top portion off and replace with correct keyed shaft for a 39 ford. I am sure other years will work but not sure . My origonal model a shaft is too large for the banjo wheel. Let me know what you have and what you would need for it.

Thanks
Beau
