Default Last year of 5 on 5 1/2 with hub cap bumps in

What was the last year that Ford used 5 on 5 1/2 wheels with the hubcap bumps going in. For passenger cars and for pickups

Hi; I have had both 15" and 16" wheels from early 60's and all 50's Ford PUs, with the inner bumps. Today these 'late' wheels bring premium prices. newc

i'm using some later (60's) 16x5 pickup wheels on a project now, they sure are heavy compared to the 48ish car wheels

Dodge PU use 16" 5on 51/2 as weell but are a;so very heavy. I have a bunch of ford wheels in various conditions as well as a set of Dodge truck wheels . They are free for the taking. But I'd like a few bicks for the Dodge wheels.

I believe I had posted on here before that I had purchased a pair of 8" X15" steel rims at a swap meet that the vender said came on a Jeep of late vintage they were factory stamped with size & I believe Kelsey. they too will receive the early caps & also have the large center hole. I know perhaps a bit off the topic of your original posting but thought I'd just pass it along. Ron

I bought a 64 Ford 1/2 ton, new, and it came with these. Truck is gone, but I still have the wheels. They are pretty narrow, compared to todays wheels.
