1933 vs 1934 Front Bumpers
What are the exact measurements for the distance between frame bolts on the front bumper brackets for each year?

Re: 1933 vs 1934 Front Bumpers
Late 33 and all 34s have the same distance for mounting the front bumper brackets to the frame at 4 3/4 inches. The early 33s had a distance of 2 3/8 inches. The front frame hole is in the same position on all.

Re: 1933 vs 1934 Front Bumpers
Well, I just screwed up then. I just picked up a set, and didn't know there were two different brackets for the 1933 model. Apparently I have a "late" '33, and just bought "early" '33 brackets.

Early 33's are tough to find and you should be able to trade for what you need.
