Default 94 carb -Accelerator pump

Hi Fellas,
I am rebuilding a spare 94 carb and have two new accelerator pump plungers BUT they are different lengths. There appears to be around 3/16 inch difference in travel when I install them. So knowing that these carbs have to be accurately assembled, which would be the correct plunger?
Any help would be appreciated thanks
Dave

Ithe long one is correct. I would opt for a leather plunger.

35,
The short one is for Holley tea pot carbs.....go long. On otherwise good 94's
with not so perfect acc pump bores the viton....orange or blue in color....has been a
very good performer.

Thanks for that. The plungers are both leather, but I have ordered another complete kit from Daytona, as the other two kits I got have questionable power valves, ( radius on the stem, threads too long for carb body, and washers with a triangular hole.)
