The number is for vendor's ID. The contact plate is for TwoLite models, post-1928. The one you have appears to my old eyes to be for tw0-bulb headlamps (3 wires each) instead of a separate pigtail near the contact plate for the cowl wiring harness rather than the third wire to each headlamp.

The key is whether the wires reach the brake light switch for 30/31 cars that is fitted behind the center cross member. As was mentioned, there are early single bulbe light switches and the more common late two wire park/cowl light wiring. Some switch plates don't fit well so make sure it fits the switch body.

Keep in mind that Ford used that type of switch clear up till 1939 or so. For model A cars, this link is as good as they get.

A person will need the dash harness, generator harness, and any other applicable separate accessory harness that may be applicable for a complete wiring setup. Pickups are simple. Most have one tail lamp and no dome light so that's about it.
