roof leaking
I have a 1929 model A Ford fordor/Briggs Body that has some roof leaking when it rains. how do I repair this?

Likely put a new top on it.
Can you see separations, cracks, gaps Where’s the water coming from? Around the trim, metal edging ???? There are sealing products if the fabric is old and cracked. It’s a band aid |

Don't drive it in the rain, problem solved. It's a quick fix and works for me for the moment. But yes this is only a temporary fix.

I used roof pitch on one occasion that was thinned down. brushed it on and gave me a few years. all depends on the condition of your car and your desired results. If you got a roof leak on your house, would you put a whole new roof on or just make minor repairs to the affected area? same idea. |
