Hey There,

I have a 48 Woodie with a painted wood grain dash. The interior steering column presently is a brown / bronzish metallic color and could be close to the original color, I am not sure. I also have a medium brown colored heater that I was told has the original color and pin-stripes on it. What were the original interior colors offered and what colors were offered for the steering wheel. Any help on where I might be able to find color chips or paint colors would be great.

Woodie group on Yahoo groups, they will have the info. Or, check the NWC yearly roster, they have the contact info for year and marque.

If you are serious about having the correct interior and exterior colors purchase the 1941-1948 Ford Book from the Early Ford V8 Club of America. it is available on their website under the online store section. ..LouB.

All the interior metal on my '48 woodie is the brownish/golden or bronzeish color. good luck
