Default Putting box on 1930 CCPU

I am close to getting the cab of my 1930 CCPU from the painter and was wondering exactly where the bed panel goes. I know the orientation but do not know if it tucks under the rear of the cab or not. Probably a dumb question but it has been a long time since I took it apart.

On mine, I have about 1" gap between the back of cab and front of box.

It goes under the back of the cab.

The bed panel is show above. This panel bridges the gap between the cab and the bed.

Make sure have the bed wood in before you put that panel in. Getting to the front wood bed bolts with that panel in is next to impossible.

Is the bed panel secured with only the one bolt on each side? There were only the 2 holes in the panel when I received it.
