Picture of wires on Terminal block
Does anyone have a good picture of the way the wires go onto the terminal block bolts. Is there a nut at the base? My wires are quite tightly packed and I still can't get the cover on.

Ignition conduit grommet is the biggest hangup. Might file the bottom edge of the cover a bit, but it should go on with downward pressure against the grommet.

Here is a picture of mine, FWIW
I do not have the large shielded cable that is part of the pop-out switch assembly. That is just a piece of loom cover you see. And the smooth black cable is for the temp gauge. Do you have a picture of yours?

Re: Picture of wires on Terminal block
Well, red goes to coil +, unless you're running negative ground. Your red/black are reversed from the usual exit points.
Align the posts with the holes in the cover while holding it square-on. It's a tight fit - if it's cocked a little bit, it doesn't wanna go. Pull your temp gauge wire down too, of course. |

Re: Picture of wires on Terminal block
REMEMBER, the junction block is not mysterious, just a convenient place to join wires.
