Just wanted to give a great big thumbs up to Battery Cables USA.

I needed a new starter cable for my '39 Buick, which is positive post. They advertise positive cables as red, so I sent a note to proprietor Mike asking if he could produce it in black. "No problem" he said. 3 days later I had it in hand....Fat, Flexible and Fit.

Timely - I appreciate your recommendation of Battery Cables USA as I was going shopping for cable tomorrow for my new Red Top. These cables have a decent price and fast shipping plus they take paypal. I ordered 15" of 1/0 as I'm connecting to a 12v Optima side terminals and hope to keep the top clean.

I'm also considering measuring the distance from solenoid to starter and would get a black 2/0. Four feet would only be around $20. But I'll wait for my next trip underneath the car for exact distance.

My cables arrived today - $4 shipping and $8 for each cable.
I'm a bit amazed and super pleased with the quality.

Reason for purchase - 12v conversion using front posts on 12v Optima.
