Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck
Happy Birthday Chris, I hope that downhill slope you speak of is slow and gradual. I think with all your interests you won't have time to slow down.
Best wishes, Zeke |

Zeke, Al, Steve, David, Red, Mart, Ford Barn Folks,
Gentleman thank you! And thanks to all of you for the support on the 32 truck project during 2021. Sure made my journey a pleasant one. Looking forward to having a reliable engine in place in the truck by mid 2022. Then to exhibit it at some local car shows! Regards, Chris

Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck
Mark,
Thanks! I am working on that now. Going to let the beard and hair grow again. In protest of something, just cant remember what! Couple years ago that title would have fit pretty well! Should go take the ragged ol' truck for a ride. Roads are pretty dry. Temps are warmer than usual. We have not had the snow that we typically get either. Not complaining! We need a couple good hard freezes prior to making syrup this spring. Regards, Chris

Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck
Hello Sugarmaker, I talked to you back before Thanksgiving and was telling you that I have a 34 Ford dump truck since then a lot has been happening in our family our oldest son has brain cancer so our world is upside down and I've been considering selling my truck. It looks a lot like yours with the same style headlights and spare in the right front fender. I've owned it for a few years and not really sure of it's value and I know it's only worth what someone is willing to give and all that but I'm just wondering if someone would give me a ball park idea if possible' It looks to be in very similar condition as yours if that helps. 317-908-6112 Thanks, Hotrod Kid

Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck
Ford Barn Folks,
Weather was favorable tonight so took the truck on a jaunt. Yes it was a cool ride. Only about 8 miles round trip and I was cold. Regards, Chris

Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck
Those old pedals had some real patina. It is probably safer to drive with the new pedals.

Truck is looking really great. I've been out of it for a bit and not following day to day. I hope your son is well.
