Default New Wiring Harness

Is there any quality difference between the 2 light wiring harnesses from Bert's vs Brattons. Are these the best choices for buying a wiring harness.
Thanks

I believe Vintage Ford in California makes the best wiring harnesses. Toll free number is 1-888-422-6437.
