Default Model B parts same as A?

Are the adjustable valve lifters and the timing gear the same in an A and a B? What about other engine parts?

Timing gear is the same,
Have a look at Vince Falters Ford Garage site re lifters If you have a stock B cam the original solid lifters are recomended as the others are undersize and can damage the cam.
The double nut ones are worse Guess what I've put in my B engine ?
Have to take them out !!!Fortunately I have not run the engine
