Arrow 1935 Experimental intake

Saw this listed on EBAY. I am guessing its 1935 because of the prefix in the part number.Seller claims his friend bought it at a special auction at Ford Museum in Dearborn in the 80's.No fuel pump provisions.Kingston Carb.
