Take it to a shop that specializes in the old Fords. If you posted your general location and/or included it in your profile someone might have suggestions for a shop.

Drill the pins out and then bump the weights off with a lead hammer.
We used to do a lot of them when we had a crank grinder.
We used to put the weights back on with screws so it was easier to do the next time.

I thought that I read somewhere that some of those B cranks with pinned-on weights were "for industrial use only" and would not stand up to the high-revs that they would get in a car/pickup. if that is true, how do you know what B crankshafts with pinned on weights are OK to use?

The pinned on weights have a full circle, so they are plenty safe for your car.

Roger on that..
Here is a pic of the bottom end of my last engine.
It turned 6100 twice a lap for 2 seasons and then was sold and put in a vintage dragster and won the Antique Nationals 2 years in a row.

A welder friend of mine welds a stick to the pins and pulls them out. He then knocks the weights over just far enough to clear the grinding wheel. He then knocks them back in place and has the mains ground (or vice-versa?) I have seen those weights come off of race engines but are fine for normal use. An engine builder in Texas says that he has never seen a BB crank with a crack in it.

We shrink ours weights on, they would never need the pins to hold them, but we put them in any way.

We do them the way Ford did, they are shrunk on, like a ring gear!

The off set stones, and Machine that I seen, was made by Sunnen, and was made for a single rod pin, and also they came out with the longer stone on one side.
