Default pcv, 2x2 question

ive asked on the other site but diddnt get to many replies (or maybe im too impatient). motor is a 8cm. ive just added a offy regular dual with 2 strombergs. originally i had the pcv hooked up to the stock wiper hole on the stock manifold. now from the replies and reading ive been doing, i need to make sure the pcv vacume is equal on both sides of the new manifold. ive had this part made up and its under the front carb. then the hoses are ran to a y then to the pcv. does this seem ok? and should it work properly? is it ok under the front carb or should it be under the rear? and how would i know if the pcv is actually working? thanks in advance.

Nice looking machine work! Should feel vacuum at PCV valve when idling, no vacuum when throttle plates are wide open.
