Default 226 1948 6, oil around very center head bolt?

I am seeing oil on the top of the head around the very center head bolt. It's not water. I wiped it off but it came back. While compression is a little different between cylinders it's over the 110 the owners manual shows. Is there any connection to the crankcase in that area? No oil in the radiator and no water in the crankcase, just drained that.

Is the air cleaner an oil bath and over that area? I can't think how any oil could get there otherwise.

Up date. I tightened up all but a few, found it and one on the outer drivers side edge that were just tight.
The oil is at the base and radiating out from the bolt. The compression on 3 and 4 is a bit lower then the rest, 105 and 110. After a 30 mile drive did not see any oil but I am going to plan on a new head gasket but will keep my eyes on it for now.
I thought about the air cleaner but because it over to one side and no oil on bolt, I ruled it out.
