Default Patch panel for cowl?

Does anybody make a patch panel for the upper part of the cowl? I've looked at more catalogs and can't find anything. Is this a builder fabricated part? Hope not cause I not to good at that yet. Photo attached.

Are you talking about the gas tank area? if so several hot rod shops offer a fabraicated pannel that fits there try brookville roadster for one.
