Default parts identification tranny and water pump

i am assuming the tranny is an early production?
but
i have not seen a water pump like this.

Similar water pump here in a 30 tudor that I bought 3 weeks ago with 1963 Illinois license plate. Motor likely has not been run since, but I got it running and the pump doesn't leak.
This means that this water pump is no newer than 1963 and probably much older. Apparently, there were leakless pumps in the aftermarket in the 40's and 50's. Western Auto, etc.

and the tranny is early multi disc style, no front bearing retainer holes.
