There is only one manufacturer of the reproduction shell that I am aware of (KNS Accessories), and unfortunately it does not fit very well.

Call Bert's in Denver, Colorado and see what they can offer you.

I bought a repro 28-29 shell from Berts a few months ago. The one I got was in Nickel and looks great. I did not have any fitment issues but I do have an older repro radiator. I was told that fitment is more of an issue on repro 30-31 shells.

Well the box from Berts showed up today. The box containing the nickel shell was in fact marked KNS made in Taiwan. It's horrible. The nickel has areas of scuffing and multiple flaws. It looks and feels cheap. I won't know how it fits until my new radiator arrives but just as a heads up to future buyers, no need to pay a premium to Berts, it's the same crappy one Speedway sells for way less. I am now on a search for a good original to restore. Sad times we are living in.

Were you specific with Bert’s?
I’ve found if I tell them what I wand and don’t want they are usually spot-on
This is not what almost 100% of posters report on them
And they always make it right
Send it back

I am betting that Steve Becker at Bert's will take it back. He can also tell you if he has a decent original in stock. Steve has always been very fair with me.

You haven't delt with Speedway I see ...

https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1695395

The cheap look would be the single micro coat of nickel. If it fits OK you could have it properly plated. That's copper, nickel then chrome and remove the chrome.
Expensive ... but avoids the drama of fixing up an original, beat up shell, to get it within mirror specs as required to show off the expensive plating.
