Does anyone have a part number or source for upper radiator hoses for a 36 with a 49 engine?

Try "Honest Charlie" or "Flathead Jack" for 8BA water outlets with hose bibs that match the '36. Then haunt your FLAPS and find something the right size that fits.

Drakes does have them back in stock (after unavailability for a long time) or Just 32/Model Engineering has them as well. I'm running the Model Engineering ones on the 8ba in my '39 p/u and I'm happy with them and they were available when I needed them and a bit cheaper as well. JMO.
