Worn out springs , bent or sagging frame, springs not centered, or broken. ( A flat tire) these are several items that you could check out. The left side IS the most common side the sags possibly because that side always has weight ie: driver

Seriously, I'd first check the springs are in their proper position and no broken leaves.
