1928 Tudor Closed Car Steel Windshield Frame

Does anyone know who may have a repo metal windshield frame for a 1928 Tudor (Closed Car) ? I understand a lad who made them from the N/E area passed away and no one has filled the gap. Plenty of aluminum available from the Dealers but no metal ones. I've looked at several original frames but in many cases are no better than the one I wish to replace.

All 28/29 tudor and coupe windshields are the same. Even 30/31 coupe and tudor windshield will fit 28/29 tudor and coupes. However, the slide arm brackets are different between 28/29 and 30/31 CC windshields and are not interchangeable. The wind deflectors are also different in the ends, but unless you are a purest, that doesn't make much of a difference. I have some pictures that show the different windshield frames. If you want to use an original electric wiper, the OD -C1 has a different configuration than the later electric wipers with an offset main shaft position. I have found that original Ford parts, including windshields, are guaranteed to look and fit right. Plus they have the slide arm brackets and wiper holes already there. Original windshields show up on eBay regularly. The last picture shows the wiper holes for a 28 windshield from my 28 coupe.
