Smile 1931 Roadster - Emergency Hand Brake

Hi everyone ! This is my first time on a post, unfortunately started asking for help.
I hope the next posts can be usefull for others.

I'm restoring my 1931 Ford Model A - Roadster, but having some problems assembling the emergency hand brake as it shoud, where it should, and with every part it must have. I bought the car from a guy that apparently fixed it with very few skills, so everything is upside down and unbelievable.

I bought a new Emergency Brake Handle Ratchet (original was cut, welded and with a different hole pattern) at Mike's but the original handle pawl doesn't match with the needed holes.

Could someone please post a picture or diagram in order to see how the whole system goes, from top to under connections?

Really would appreciate your help.

Make sure you are considering the right parts- is your handle (a) push button or squeeze (2) in front of shifter (3) to right of shifter. All make a difference in replacemrnt parts.
