Default Adjust headlights

Hi Guys, I have a 35 ford and my problem is the bugeye headlights mounted on the fenders are pointed way to high. There is no adjustment in the inside of light which I converted to 12 volt LEDs. How did they adjust these lights back in the day?

Same way you adjust them now.
You move the whole headlight on a 35 don't ya?

I believe you just loosen the bolt holding the housing to the fender and re aim it the same as it was done on the '31 Model A's.

Thanks for the reply, the 35 has a permanent mount headlight bracket bolted at the bottom to the fender.

Loosen that big nut that holds the headlight then re-position the headlight and re-tighten the big nut, Even a cave man can do it. lol
