Default French flathead camshaft

First off this isn’t a typical post of asking what camshaft is best... I am going through a French flathead and am curious if anyone had a spec in the camshafts used in them? If the French flathead used a good bottom end shaft like the 1cm of EAB factory shafts then I plan to leave it. I know I could send it off, spend a little money and have these answers but thought it would be good to ask in here first.

It is a truck application so it might be reasonable to assume it is a grind that favours the bottom end. Don't have any numbers though, so this is an assumption. The French motors have restricted valve bowls, weak valve springs and very often governors so good torque at low revs is the aim.
