Default Van Auken Bumper Guard?

I have a set of bumper guards clearly marked 1957 Ford. They have stickers
"VAN AUKEN Detroit" Anyone know what they go to ? I would like to see them used. Is this a museum piece?

Van Aukens were aftermarket add-ons and the most practical service they performed was building profit on the bottom line of a new car sale. Remember the Landau roofs done in the dealers back room that were so popular with seniors, or the gold package that probably cost the new car buyer so much and cost the dealer so little? Same deal, just an earlier time frame and a different gimmick.
I don't have a photo, but they are easily found on Google.

Posting photos ?
When you're creating a comment or post look just below the bottom of the text box. If there's a "Go Advanced" button click that one for the 'advanced' functions. One of which is a 'paperclip' image icon/button at the top of the new text box. (it's just to the right of the smilie face button)
Clicking the paperclip icon opens a 'manage attachments' / 'browse' pop-up box to select & add photos as an attachment. If the photo file size is too large you may get a 'token' error.

There is a way to add photos directly into the text / body of a post but so far it's smarter than I am.
