Default Blow out

Had a blow out while on my way to a Cruise Night" After changing tire noticed there was a 5/16 Bolt protruding from inside tire. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. The car was a 1947 Ford Convertable with a Lester 600/16 Tube Tire. Was wondering if you think this tire could be repaired? Attached a picture. Thanks.
