Default Howard's Cams Specs Needed M-6 & M-14

Looking for the specs on these two cam M-6 & M-14.
I imagine the M-6 is barely better than a stock cam when the M-8 is 0.328 lift and 230 Adv. Duration.

Also would like the know the duration at 0.050 duration for both cams, if anyone has that info also.

Thanks,
Roger

Roger:

They are still in business. If you Google Howard's Cams, you find their contact info. Not sure if they still have FH specs on file, but I'd start with the source first.
