Perhaps the answer is 'yes', but why would you ask??

I would think the best way to approach the situation is to serve the suspension, then after an appropriate period, request reinstatement. Of course, there should be a pledge to avoid the behavior that led to the banishment in the first place.

Hey Michael,
Fair question !
I asked, as this is a neat place for all to visit, learn and to help if possible. The overall experience is spoiled , if one who is intent on causing turmoil , and maybe banned for such behavior, comes back to do so again. I do not believe in coincidence and look for reasons. IMO, there's a reason why 'things' happen good or bad. I do not know if such 'illegal' return is possible or even could happen. I'm curious , is it by happenstance or something else, why someone consistently acts badly toward another.
That's why asked for input

I would think that IP addresses would show up from the banned individual where the Moderators could pick upon it quickly. I suppose an IP scrambler could be used to help mask the identity of the intruder, but again, should the intruder get too far out of line with behavior, the Moderators could block them again.
