Default Valve stem cover identification

I was cleaning out some things from my late dad's stuff and found a box with the pictured valve stem covers. They are stamped Schrader, but there are four different lengths. Can anyone help identify what they go on.

Without the measurements, it's hard to say. Model A passenger car dust covers are 3" from the beginning of production through December '27. They were replaced by dust covers that are 2-9/16" in length.
