Default C9TE Truck heads

I have a set of C9TE heads from a 1969 F100 with a 302 engine. Does anyone know if these have the same size intake and exhaust runners as the C9OE car heads from the same year? I know the combustion chamber is 58cc on the truck and 60 on the car heads, but was curious about the runners. Thanks.

If it's a daily driver both heads are not going to gain you anything performance wise the runners are probably the same as most late 60's early 70's were. What are your goals for this build ? This forum is probably a good place for tech on Ford heads. https://www.fordmuscleforums.com/
