Tail light fuse 1950 pass
I can just barely touch the fuses that are above the speedo. Any advice on replacing them?

Re: Tail light fuse 1950 pass
all i can offer is you must have flexability.... what workrd best for me was have the seat all the way back, on my back on the seat with both legs over the back of the seat and slide slowly under the dash as far as i could. using one of the little plastic fuse grabbers helps.... and a good light source to see where your fingers are......

Re: Tail light fuse 1950 pass
I'd probably remove the gauge panel and relocate the fuse block.
Seems to me that just about every old American car I've owned have fuse blocks in locations that require a circus contortionist to access. So what's up with that? Did they expect that the fuses would never blow? Did they expect changing a fuse to be a dealer service visit with lots of labor hours? |
