Default My New Finished Ford Barn Find!

Here I wanted to share a pic of the marmon that my younger brother and I tackled over the past 9 months and finished up today. Just 1 more thing to install are a set of new wiper arms. I already ran out of room on the bed.

Looking very nice. You two can be proud of the job you did on that.

You did a great job!

9 months too, that's remarkable. Sometimes projects start to drag on. Doing it in one big hit sounds better to me. Loving the big stationary engine too.

Excellent job. Here's a reminder:

Fanastic job. You are not too far from me. Maybe I will see it at a show sometime. Would you take it to Hershey? They have some great old trucks there in the show on Saturday. Yours would be a big hit, I am sure.

Very nice. Wish I had a place for something like that. I restored a '48 Willys CJ2A and loved taking it off the pavement. Doesn't have to go fast to be a ton (pun) of fun.

How about a picture or two of the hit and miss engine.

Love it. That is rad. The engine in the back is just icing on the cake. Great job.

Great truck! Even that in just a 2wd is awesome! Can you give us details about the hit and miss engine? And were you able to change over the underdrive unit to overdrive?

I have been working on my 41 1 1/2 ton truck, starting to look for something to mount in the bed for a display at farm shows. I like what you have added to your truck. Found a straw bale maker yesterday that would be good but do any of the Barner's have any other ideas?

That's a fine looking truck!
One comment: You are never "finished" with a machine like yours! They keep asking and you'll keep giving.

I saw a midget racer in the back of stake truck at our annual truck show in my area.
