Default Great auto video

Partly Model A related, with a '30 wagon.

Rene,

Do you know who made this video and what it is for? It obviously was somewhat expensive to make, with the high quality video, costuming and sets.

It was made by the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. They have a large auto collection: http://www.academyautomuseum.org/

I assume the video was made with the help of students, who study all aspects of art -- including costume design, staging, filmmaking, etc. Making a video like this was right up their alley.

Some of the locations are readily recognizable San Francisco landmarks.

A friend of mine is one of the extras in the '34 Packard sequence.

That is awesome, ...even the only minor "boo boos" of seeing the modern car reflections in the paint of the Buick and the Auburn is pale considering how the rest is so tastefully done and way overshadows that. My compliments to the Director and Cast for a fine job!!

More style and class was showed in that video than any modern car will ever have.

Wow, that is impressive!

To my surprise, the closing scene ('61 Continental) includes my LONG time friends Ed and Karen Archer. They have a number of cars and the one that probably gets the most use is the 1915 racer which they drove across the country (literally ocean to ocean) a few years back.

This is how he gets it to the historic races here in California every year.
