How do I set the website display to show the thread OP first followed by the responses?

In the black bar click on "user CP"
On the left side of the screen under the heading of "Settings & Options" click and open Edit Options
Go down to "Thread Display Options " on the left side of the screen.
Under that heading look for "Thread Display Mode" and change the setting to" linear oldest first"
go down to the bottom of the page and click save.
