This is an old project I'm about to put on the front burner. The cowl is a 28-29 and I think the fenders are 30-31. Can some one confirm the correct year for the fenders as I need to order a headlight bar.

I agree, 28 / 29. I did not know my 28 AR fenders were different from the newer 28 until I stood back and compared mine to another 28. Interesting change
