Default I need late 32 Horn repaired

Who the best to have a 32 Ford horn a late horn repaired. Been years since I have had a horn repaired. Wasn't he called the Horn Doctor as I reminder.

I have 2 horns that didn't work on my '60 ford. next door neighbor told me to remove the back and spray insides with wd-40. let them sit overnight and bingo they both worked.
