Default Crank Handle Extension 24"

Looking for the Extension that is approximately 24" long. I have been told it could be an early PU?? This extension has the 1/2" square on the crank handle end and the two cast "ears" on the crank shaft nut end. The lug nut end of the handle is for the 3/4" lug nut. Appreciate any help.
