Default Re: Winter car work 2018

That is quite a list. Lots more than I do.

Suggestions.

Check differential fluid.

Repack wheel bearings/seal replacement if needed.

Service Fuel System
Check for Gas Shutoff Valve leakage. Flush and completely Drain Gas Tank. Clean - Pencil filter, Gas bowl and screen, Carb Filter. Drain Carb Bowl. Fill Tank with non gasohol Gas mixed with Marine Stabil. Check Float level.

I assume your steering wheel mounts to the Dash on your 31, if not update it.

Check/Clean/Gap Spark Plugs. Check Rotor Gaps.

As long as you have got the radiator off and are changing the head gasket backflush the Block/head, visually check for rust/scale.

Change over to Antifreeze for storage if you are running water in the summer.
