Default NOS Auto Lite Manifold Heater

I just saw on eBay (#113697661647) a NOS manifold heater in the original box, original paint with the mounting parts. He is asking $100 buy it now or make an offer. It is unusual to see these brand new. No need for it here in Florida! Ed

Does this style simply fit over the existing manifold? I don't need a honeycomb to run this?

I also bought an original old Autolite heater from this Ebay-seller. That was unused. Very nice condition. Fits easily on the original exhaust manifold. I screwed it tight with a hook, as it was described here in the forum.
What I still need is an old heater door.
