Default Kudos for Bratton’s

Bratton’s comes through again! I placed an order for parts on Friday afternoon and receive them Monday morning! This level of service is only demonstrated by family owned business’s in this day and age and only rarely then.

Well, i'm impressed by your FedEx. Economy package of bits including the judging standards shipped from the US on Friday arrived here Wednesday on the other side of the planet after spending all weekend in Memphis. Cleared customs here in 20 minutes.

Brattons indeed offer very good service but I must admit Snyder’s have the very same track record.

We are very fortunate to have a network of GREAT suppliers. Brattons, Langs, Snyders are my favorites although I am certain there are others. Fed Ex makes them even better!

I ordered a part for another vehicle on a Sunday night from Omaha, Nebraska.

At 11:00 AM Monday morning it was delivered, by a white van said 'Speed-ee Delivery Service"

I had never heard of them but couldn't believe how fast that came, from Nebraska to NW Illinois in what was it, about 19 hours?

I've noticed them around more now. Good delivery service sure are fast.

I ordered from Bratton's on Tuesday morning. After working on some items, I remembered to order a couple other parts. When I called to add the parts, they already had my original order shipped out. Now that is super fast service!

Indeed, Bratton's does a great job of getting orders out and delivered quickly. But let's not forget the other vendors, in particular Bert's. I routinely order from Bert's because the distance from Colorado to California usually promises shorter turnaround than from vendors on the east coast (Bratton's excepted - their delivery is outstanding). Bert's is closed on Monday, but generally an order placed over the weekend is out by the end of the day Tuesday and delivered to me in California on Friday or Saturday. And I've found Bert's to be very accommodating when I place an order over the weekend and realize I need to add to it, I call or email on Tuesday and the "oops" is added with good cheer and no fuss.

I guess we all have our favorites. Just as important as fast delivery is their response to questions about parts. Bert's and Synders both do a good job at that. I'll follow-up with Brattons based on your positive reviews. Might as well spread my wealth (that's a joke).

I hate always to be the whiner, but I ordered parts from another of the well-known suppliers and eleven days later they still hadn't arrived. I twice left messages through their website but never got a response. I called them and they said one of the parts was on backorder and they had sent me an email about it. I found the email had been directed to my spam folder, so I hadn't seen it.
I guess if I hadn't called them, the order would never have been shipped. Given that four or five major suppliers sell about the same stuff at about the same price, I'd think superior service would be the area in which they would compete for customers.
