35 3window trunk supports ?
Vertical supports on my 3W have definitely been changed. What are they supposed to look like?
These are mine; I’m sure the screws are not supposed to come through the lower rear window panel. |

What are those meant to be doing? There is nothing like that in my coupe. You say trunk, I thought 35s only came with rumble seats. I can photo the inside of mine if it helps.

My '35 3W definitely had a trunk. I sold mine several years ago or I would post a picture. Pat |

Re: 35 3window trunk supports ?
Some pictures I saved from an earlier post on the FB showing the original vertical braces. If I get a chance to get out in garage today, I'll get get a picture showing how the braces meet the floor on my 3W.

Re: 35 3window trunk supports ?
'35's came with either a trunk or rumble according to what the customer wanted. The three window that I used to own came with a trunk.

Re: 35 3window trunk supports ?
Rich B,
From your pictures looks like mine are completely different( home made I’m guessing) and are in the wrong place. Yours appear to be attached at the top at the rain gutter similar to my model A. Could you get a picture of how attached at top as well? Thanks Does anyone reproduce these? Or if I have dimensions I may be able to fabricate. |

Not reproduced and riveted where it meets the gutter.

Re: 35 3window trunk supports ?
Not the best pictures; but you can see how the braces are riveted to the floor and trunk opening lip. While the right side brace has recessed area where the wooden tool tray bolts in; the left side brace is plain.

Here's one pic I had from my '36 3W. Probably not much help, but I don't have access to take another at the moment...

Those pictures help a lot, thank you all!
I see they changed my tool tray brace as well. |
